C.J. Anderson’s time in Detroit is over. The Lions announced Tuesday they released the feeble running attend and picked up dilapidated Giants RB Paul Perkins from waivers.
The Lions signed Anderson to a one-one year deal attend in April after his reemergence down the stretch final season with the Rams. Anderson joined Los Angeles after Todd Gurley suffered a knee hurt in December and used to be a mammoth allotment of the reason the team made the Enormous Bowl.
He done the season for the Rams with 488 speeding yards and four touchdowns in correct five games in conjunction with the playoffs.
In two games for Detroit, he recorded 16 carriers for 43 yards.
