Manchester United’s Alexis Sanchez ruled out for four to six weeks

Sanchez became injured in the end of Saturday’s take in opposition to Southampton

Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez will be out for “four to six weeks” with a knee injury, says duration in-between boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Chile striker, 30, became substituted after 52 minutes in United’s 3-2 take over Southampton within the Premier League on Saturday.

It had been suggested by Chile’s clinical crew that Sanchez would be sidelined for up to 2 months.

“Or no longer it’s a imperfect knee injury. Confidently he’ll get better mercurial,” said Solskjaer.

Manchester United talk about to Paris St-Germain within the Champions League’s final 16 on Wednesday, trailing 2-0 from the first leg at Veteran Trafford.
