Plane makes emergency landing in Black Sea port in Romania

BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) — Romanian authorities insist an airplane flying from Cyprus to the Romanian capital has made an emergency landing in the Gloomy Sea port of Constanta thanks to a scenario with the hover flaps. No one has been reported injured.

Authorities mentioned the Romanian airline Blue Air flight from Larnaca to Bucharest, carrying 109 passengers and crew, landed safely in Constanta on Sunday afternoon.

The director of Mihail Kogalniceanu Airport, Bogdan Artagea, mentioned the pilot had asked to land due to he couldn’t originate the hover flaps.

Artagea mentioned local emergency authorities were called to the airport in jap Romania. Authorities checked the plane, which modified into scheduled to flee later to Bucharest.

Local media reported a spread of passengers bought off the plane after the emergency conclude and took alternative transportation.
