We can decorate outer part of our house in many ways. One of them is to create a garden. We who live in urban areas have very limited space. The right choice is to make a vertical garden using soda bottle on the outside of the wall of our house. This idea is the easiest vertical garden DIY.
Phil Stamper, from American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), provides an example of making a simple vertical garden and can be easily made with materials around us. soda bottles.
This method is very simple, create a vertical garden using a soda bottle. You can do this “DIY” with your kiddos at the weekend. your kids will be very happy.
• 2-liter plastic bottle, empty and clean
• Clothesline rope, twine, or wire
• Washers (two per bottle if rope or wire is chosen)
• Seeds (herbs, vegetables, or other plants are all OK)
To secure the bottles, you need to create 2 holes at the bottom of the cylinder and 2 at the highest of the bottle. See the images below for an example.
In addition to the holes to pass the rope, you need a little hole in the bottom of the bottle. The water used to irrigate the seedling needs to drain.
After that, thread the string through a hole and pull out through the opposite.
To make sure the bottles don’t “slip” on the rope or string. Either tie an oversized knot within the rope or tie the knot around a washer.
Then simply stretch and fasten the rope to the wall.
I would be very happy if you recounted your experience creating a vertical garden using a soda bottle. please write in the comment field below
